About us
That the person who values your property should be the person who sells it, lets it and hands over the keys.
Our story
Lewis Estate Agents opened above a shopfront in Covent Garden with two people, a landline and a filing cabinet of Marylebone landlords. We have grown since, but deliberately slowly — we have never opened a branch simply because a postcode looked profitable on a spreadsheet.
What we do instead is go deep. Our agents know which mansion blocks have a sinking fund and which do not, which streets flood the lettings market every September, and which conversions look wonderful in photographs and let badly in practice. That knowledge is the entire product.
Today we handle sales, lettings and management across central and inner London, from Fitzrovia and Marylebone through Islington and Shoreditch to Wapping, Bermondsey and the Greenwich Peninsula.
The team
Eleven people in one Covent Garden office. Whoever values your property stays with it to completion.

Buyers & tenants
Registering with most agencies means joining a mailing list. With us it means a conversation, a short list of what genuinely fits, and a call before anything goes live.
Corporate & relocation
We work with relocation managers, HR teams and family offices placing staff and clients into London homes at short notice.
One call to establish budget, commute, schools and start date. A shortlist follows within 48 hours.
Live walkthroughs from the property so decisions can be made before anyone boards a flight.
Company tenancies, corporate referencing and rent invoiced to the business where required.
Utilities, council tax, broadband and a local briefing on the neighbourhood handled at check-in.
