How quickly can I move in?
Where a property is marked available now and your references are straightforward, two weeks from offer to move-in is typical. Company lets and overseas applicants usually need a few days longer.
What do I need for referencing?
Photo ID, proof of your right to rent in the UK, three months of payslips or an employment contract, and a current landlord reference where applicable. Guarantors are welcome and referenced on the same basis.
Are pets considered?
Many of our landlords will consider a well-referenced pet. Tell us at the point of enquiry so we only send you properties that are genuinely open to it.
Do you offer video viewings?
Yes. Every managed property can be walked on a live video call, and we hold recorded tours for the majority of our stock. Relocating applicants regularly secure homes this way.
